PAYMENT TERMS AND AGREEMENT❀˖° Payments.
╰ must be paid in Full or Partial upfront. Payments with total of $100 or higher are eligible for <Partial Payment> max of 2x installment with 5% installment fee.
Note: Completed items may only be received after all payments are settled.❀˖° Cancellations / Refunds.
╰ Commissions can be canceled anytime
[i] If sketches has already been made, pre-termination fee of $10 - $20 applies. Last progress will be sent to Client.
[ii] If partial payments have been made, clean lineart version will be sent to Client.
[iii] If full payment has been made, completed work will still be sent to Client.

SERVICE AGREEMENT❀˖° References.
╰ character sheet and supplementary references are REQUIRED to be provided by the <Client>.
Note: <Emotes> and <Chibi Illustrations> details will be simplified.❀˖° Revisions.
╰ major revisions are only allowed after the <First Draft>.
╰ maximum of 1 round of sketch revision❀˖° Work Time.
╰ Work time depends on it's complexity and the spare time i have to work on it as I am not a full-time artist.❀˖° Rush and Deadlines.
╰ I DON'T accept any rush work but <Priority Fee> will put you on top of my work queue.USAGE AGREEMENT❀˖° Documentation.
╰ any part of the process may be documented and post publicly at any time without prior notice (i.e. WIP posts, comms showcase, work streams) unless <NDA Fee> is discussed beforehand.❀˖° Usage.
My commissions can be used for:
╰ Personal Use (can be shared / posted / used in any social media platforms, printouts for personal use)
╰ All items are in default under Limited Commercial Use (used in external sites w/ subscription basis i.e. Twitch, YouTube, etc.) unless otherwise stated or agreed upon for Full Commercial Rights (for physical printing and distribution of sellable merch).❀˖° Credits.
╰ Any and all external sites where my work is showcased or used, must be visibly credited and linked back to me.❀˖° Important Reminders.
╰ You may NOT claim the art as your own.
╰ You are NOT authorize to trace over my artwork including using it as a base unless sold as so.
